Bringing Coolers back to Life
NARSA member South Texas Radiator recently completed a complex repair on heavily scaled marine grid keel coolers removed from a tugboat. The team developed a hands-on solution using specialized scraping tools, biodegradable cleaning solutions, and extensive pressure washing and testing to restore the coolers. Their work not only brought the equipment back to life but also helped the customer avoid costly replacements, saving thousands of dollars.

2025 NARSA International Tour Takes on Turkey
New cultures, new friendships, and new business opportunities were all experienced during the 2025 NARSA International Tour (NIT) in Turkey. This was the 7th NIT, which took place from September 13-20, 2025 in Istanbul, Çorum, and Cappadocia.
Members from 12 different countries attended this trip including Canada, Dominican Republic, Finland, Guatemala, Iceland, Mexico, Poland, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and the United States.
Turning a Blown Turbo into a Blessing
NARSA member Global Parts Distributors, LLC (gpd) and Auto Air of Macon restored and donated a Chevrolet Cruze to Next Step Recovery Ministries. When an employee’s Cruze suffered a turbo failure, gpd and Auto Air of Macon chose to purchase the vehicle and commit to restoring the vehicle for a good cause. Auto Air of Macon, a division of gpd specializing in automotive A/C and general repair, replaced the turbo and discovered additional components needing attention.

2021 Fall Conference Postponed to Spring 2022

We believe that several extenuating circumstances have led our members to be apprehensive about attending the upcoming meeting.
