NARSA recognizes members who have greatly impacted the cooling systems industry and/or made great contributions to our association.

Hall of Fame: The NARSA Cooling Systems Hall of Fame Award was established as the organization’s highest recognition of exceptional service to the association, to industry and to society by members. The award is made to an individual.- Awarded to Mark Taylor (formerly of ERS Cooling Systems, Retired)

Lifetime Achievement Award: Presented to an individual whose distinguished record of professional achievements and accomplishments has spanned decades and advanced the stature of the heat transfer industry.
- Awarded to Martin Newell (Active Radiator)
Industry Award: Presented to member companies for service to NARSA and the industry by hosting the Heavy-Duty Spring Conference and supporting the association's mission of One Idea, One Opportunity, and One Connection.
- Awarded to L&M Radiator
Distinguished Service Award: In recognition of continued service and achievements to NARSA, the industry and/or people in general which have resulted in a better life for all. Recipients could be individuals, companies or organizations.
- Awarded to Ulf Anvin (Anvin International)
International Award: Presented in recognition and gratitude for actions which have resulted in NARSA's international presence and for hosting the International Tour.
- Awarded to Kale Oto, Panoto, and Yetsan in 2025
Shop of the Year: Presented to service shops in recognition for community engagement and team building.

Impact of the Year: Presented to manufacturers and distributors who are providing value through innovation, education, and overall support to the industry
