We, the members of NARSA - The International Heat Transfer Association, firmly believing in our system of free enterprise, are aware of our responsibility to customers, employees, competitors, manufacturers, government and country, and in the achievement of that, we pledge adherence to the principles of this Code of Ethics.
We recognize our obligation to provide honest value and service. We pledge ourselves to never intentionally misrepresent, and to tell the truth in a forthright manner so its significance may be understood by the trusting as well as the analytical.
We will conduct our business in such a manner as to bring credit to our own operation as well as to the industry in general.
We have adopted quality and service as our policy - the highest attainable standard of quality in product, organization and equipment, and the most efficient and best possible service.
Our businesses shall be guided by the highest standards of conduct and ethics and we will always strive to conduct business in such a manner that it will make our reputation an invaluable and permanent asset. We will do everything possible to maintain a working relationship with allied businesses within our industry.
We will cooperate with fellow members to keep the automotive cooling service industry beyond reproach.
